We want you to love your CalmSole products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Contact us through our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within one business day with instructions.
CONDITIONS

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks and gel caps that have been worn or washed can only be refunded if defective.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full refund or free replacement — just send us a photo of the issue.

Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us and we'll help track it down.
