PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

DELAYS

While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it — with a replacement or full refund if your package is lost in transit.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped, and reshipment due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping costs.
